Separation Force Test Machine
The simple to use Enersol Separation Force Test Machine is made from
anodized aluminum, hardened steel and plastic.The Separation Force Test Machine is
designed to use a specialized low friction pneumatic cylinder
that raises and lowers the sample under test.
The Separation Force Test Machine is designed to apply a force of 25N and 35N to the
sample under test and comes with a separable weight (25N +
10N).
The Separation Force Tester is required for tests such as those
in ISO594-1 and ISO594-2. Other standards such as the ISO7864, ISO7886 series (Parts 1-
4) and ISO8537 also require the Separation Force Test Machine by way
of requiring components of the test samples to comply with
the clauses in ISO594-1 or ISO594-2.
Uses for the Separation Force Test Machine
Below is a list of tests which are best accomplished by using the Separation Force Test Machine.
ISO 594/1 Separation Force Test as defined in paragraph 4.4
To conduct the Separation Force Test found in ISO
594/1 paragraph 4.4 the following Enersol products are required:
S11 - Male Reference Fitting ISO594/1 Figure 5 and/or
S12 - Female Reference Fitting ISO594/1 Figure 4
S15 - Force/Torque Fitting Assembly Machine
S18 - Separation Force Test Machine
ISO 594/2 Separation Force Test as defined in paragraph 4.3
To conduct the Separation Force Test found in ISO
594/2 paragraph 4.3 the following Enersol products are required:
S08 - Male Reference Fitting ISO594/2 Figure 5 and/or
S10 - Female Reference Fitting ISO594/2 Figure 7
S15 - Force/Torque Fitting Assembly Machine
S18 - Separation Force Test Machine
