Protect and Store Screw Thread Gages in Plastic Sleeves.
QuadroPack pictured above is a square telescopic packaging tube
with a locking mechanism.
The telescopic length adjustment features a ratchet style locking
mechanism which allows the packating tube to lock at various lengths
of extension.
The QuadroPack is made of plastic (PP; PE; or PVC) and thus is
reasonably rigid, durable and humidity and oil resistant.
The QuadroPack is designed to be reuseable, opening and closing
quickly and efficiently while the ratch style locking mechanism
keeps the packaging tube securly closed in storage.
The QuadroPack is execellent for storage of screw thread plug gages
because its squard design allows for stacking screw thread plug
gages while in storage.
The square design of the QuadroPack inhibits screw thread plug
gages stored in a QuadroPack from accidentally roll off the shelf.
The QuadroPack is translucent so the contents can be visulaized
and the square tubes can be marked with data to identify the contents.
