DIN 2999 British Standard Pipe
DIN 2999 is the German version of the British Whitworth screw thread
pipe joint standard.
DIN 2999 has been withdrawn. DIN 2999 is obsolete. Din 2999 has
been superceded by ISO 7 and ISO
228. If your product drawing requires DIN 2999, look to either
ISO 7 or ISO
288 to determine which fulfills the engineer's original intent.
DIN 2999 has several parts:
DIN 2999:1983 Part 1: Pipe Threaded for Tubes and Fittings; Parallel
DIN 2999:1973 Part 2: Whitworth Pipe Threads; Gauging Systems, Use

DIN 2999:1973 Part 3: Whitworth Pipe Threads; Gauge Dimensions
