BS93 Revised in 2008
In September of 2008: BS 93:1951, British Association (B.A.) screw threads - Requirements was withdrawn and superseded by: BS 93:2008, British Association (B.A.) screw threads - Requirements. The 2008 version is a fully revised version which brings the old 1951 version up to date.

BS 93 Brief
BS93, British Association (B.A.) screw threads - Requirements specifies limits of sizes, and tolerances, for single start parallel screw threads of British Association (BA) form. It is not applicable to screw threads associated with interference fits, such as those on the “metal ends” of studs and in the corresponding tapped holes. BS93 BA-series Screw Thread Data Chart.

BS93, British Association (B.A.) screw threads - Requirements specifies the following:
a) Basic sizes for BA threads in sizes #0 BA to #16 BA.
b) Limits of size and limits of tolerance for close and normal class-of-fit external threads in sizes #0 BA to #10 BA.
c) Limits of size and limits of tolerance for normal class external threads in sizes #11 BA to #16 BA.
d) Limits of size and limits of tolerance for the single class-of-fit internal threads I sizes #0 BA to #16 BA.
