Policy Regarding Late Shipment Notifications
to Our Customers
Our customers are important to us. Gage Crib Worldwide Inc is dedicated
to provide you with the best lead times and prices. We do not manufacture
the gaging products and have no control with the manufacturing of
the products. Occasionally, we may need to notify you that a shipment
will be late.
In the 'Description' area of our Confirmation of Purchase Order
an estimated ship-date and 2-letter state/country abbreviation are
listed. We contact the gage manufacturer on the next business day
after the estimated ship-date to verify the shipment of your order.
If the manufacturer has a delay and your order has not shipped
on the estimated ship-date, our expediter
will alert you to the order delay by e-mail or fax based on the guidelines below:
If the order was to ship via standard 'Ground' and the shipment
will be delayed by more than 3 business days.
If the order was to ship via priority 'Air' .
Please e-mail your request for order status to: email@example.com. As the subject line of your email use the 'File Number' found on the Order Confirmation. This is best because the answer will require off-line investigation and will
not be able to be answered quickly over the phone. Please include
your company name, purchase order number and specific item of which
you are concerned in your e-mail. If
you must call, contact our Expeditor at x 114.
