The ISO 594/2 Reference Fittings are technically equivalent to ISO 80369-7 Reference Connectors; the ISO 594/1 are not. The ISO 594/1 Figure 3 Conical Gages can be used (and DUO-marked/certified) for ISO 80369-7, but do not test the full ISO 80369-7 product range so we advise against DUO-marking for the Gages. We offer a DUO-marking and DUO-Certification service for your existing ISO 594/1 Figure 3 Conical Gages and ISO 594/2 Reference Fittings.
ISO 594 is Obsolete ISO 80369-7:2016 cancels and replaces the first edition ISO 594-1:1986 and the second edition of ISO 594-2:1998, clauses, subclauses, tables, figures, and annexes of which have been consolidated and technically revised.

Where ISO 594 speaks of Fittings; ISO 80369-7 calls them Connectors.
What do we do with ISO 594 Gages and Reference Connectors?
The good news is that the writers of ISO 80369-7 included most of the ISO 594 Reference Connectors in ISO 80369-7, but with different designations; see list below for conversion. The bad news is that all of your ISO 594 Gages and Reference Connectors are marked and certified to ISO 594 and not ISO 80369-7. We have a solution for that bad news.

Notes About the Process
Once the Gages and Reference Connectors arrive in our building we will work with you to arrange the payment. Once the payment is completed the Gages and or Reference Connectors will be processed. The Gages and/or Reference Connectors will be marked before they are calibrated because the calibration must occur after all work on the tools is completed. Remarking the Gages and/or Reference Connectors is specific to each tool because of the availably of surface of the tool to apply the marking. In some cases the marking may need to be applied to a storage box instead of the tool. We do not take requests about where or how the Gage or Reference Connector is marked. You may request an unique serial number added to the Gage or Reference Connector (be sure to tag each Gage or Reference Connector to identify the additional marking requested), but limited space may make this additional marking impossible. Each Gage or Reference Connector presents its own challenges in this process. The Gage or Reference Connector may be too small to be DUO-Marked. The Gage and/or Reference Connector may have the marking added or may have all existing marking removed and be completely remarked. The Gage or Reference Connector may fail calibration. None of these conditions change the cost of our service.
