Air Leakage Test Machine
The Enersol Air Leakage Test Machine is designed to be compact and easy to operate. The Air Leakage Test Machine is made from anodized aluminum and plastic components. The Air Leakage Test Machine requires a vacuum pump capable of -100kPa which Enersol typically supplies (110-220V DC). The Air Leakage Test Machine has an integral pressure gauge which comes with a calibration certificate.

The Air Leakage Test Machine is required for leakage and performance tests such as those defined in ISO594-1, ISO594- 2, ISO7886 series (Parts 1-4) ISO8537 and ISO 80369-20. Other standards such as ISO7864 also require the Air Leakage Test Machine by way of requiring components of the test samples to comply with the clauses in ISO594-1 or ISO594-2.

Uses for the Air Leakage Test Machine
Below is a list of tests which are best accomplished by using the Air Leakage Test Machine.

ISO 594/1 Air Leakage Test as defined in paragraph 4.3
To conduct the Air Leakage Test found in ISO 594/1 paragraph 4.3 the following Enersol products are required:
S11 - Male Reference Fitting ISO594/1 Figure 5 and/or
S12 - Female Reference Fitting ISO594/1 Figure 4
S15 - Force/Torque Fitting Assembly Machine
S17 - Air Leakage Test Machine

ISO 594/2 Air Leakage Test as defined in paragraph 4.2.2
To conduct the Air Leakage Test found in ISO 594/2 paragraph 4.2.2 the following Enersol products are required:
S07 - Male Reference Fitting ISO594/2 Figure 5 and/or
S09 - Female Reference Fitting ISO594/2 Figure 7
S15 - Force/Torque Fitting Assembly Machine
S17 - Air Leakage Test Machine
